Mahodari means Ashapura Devi (Mata) in Hindi, which means goddess of hope. She is one aspect of hope and one of the principal deities of Kutch (Gujarat) and Nadol in district Pali of Rajasthan. As the name indicates, she is the Goddess who fulfills the wishes and desires of all those who trust and believe in her. A unique aspect of many idols of Ashapura Mata is that they have 7 pairs of eyes.
At Mahodari Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., we follow the vision of the goddess with 7 pairs of eyes, symbolic of a wide and compassionate perspective that carries the hope of society.
We follow her principles through impactful storytelling, seen in our first theatre show, Voice of Hope. Inspired by the spirit of fulfilling social gaps, our work spans dramas, theatre, films, web series, and pantomimes.
Mahodari Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is a production house helmed by professionals whose passion is filmmaking. We provide a full pipeline of film production ranging from concept creation, pre-production, production, and post-production - the entire genesis of film, from inception to completion. We collaborate and work globally to produce documentaries and video content for businesses, charities, public sector bodies, and cultural organizations.
We have experience in creating films for corporates, NGOs, self-funded projects, brand endorsements, theatre and musicals, featurettes, and feature films. Everything at Mahodari revolves around the film it creates.

Voice of Hope, the first theatre production of the company, became a nationwide stage sensation. Set against the backdrop of 21st century India, it tells an enthralling story depicting vice and crime in a coveted society and gives a strong jolt to the survival of the human spirit.
Directed by Dr. Niharika Gautam, the play challenged the conscience of different stakeholders in society and marked a milestone beginning for Mahodari Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. It remains one of our most emotionally powerful productions.
